Welcome to Portal FX, your one stop shop for accommodation assistance in the Northern Territory and Rural South Australia!
Portal FX is your one stop shop for accommodation assistance during your WIL placement in the NT and Rural SA. This portal allows you to apply for accommodation in both Rural SA and the NT, with the same registration. All offers, payments and reporting of maintenance is done via this portal.
Using the system is easy - just follow the below steps:
NEW APPLICANTS
You are a new applicant if:
1. You have never stayed in Rural SA or NT Accommodation before, or
2. You stayed in NT accommodation only, prior to 1 January, 2021.
Simply click on REGISTER and enter your details. You will then be able to apply for accommodation assistance as required via the links to SA or NT Accommodation. (Registration allows you to access both Rural SA and NT accommodation assistance.)
NOTE: If you try to register and you get an error that says 'The Credentials Provided are Invalid', it will most likely mean you are already in our system, so please try following the Returning Applicants instructions below.
RETURNING APPLICANTS
You are a returning applicant if:
1. You have stayed in accommodation in the NT since January 1, 2021, or
2. You previously used this portal for accommodation requests in Rural SA.
Simply click on FORGOTTEN PASSWORD, and enter your email address (the one you provided in your previous application). When your receive your reset email (allow time for this to come through and check your junk box if you don't receive it), click to set a new password for access.
Once you're logged in, please VIEW/EDIT/UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS to ensure that they are complete and correct. You can find the link on the top page menu.
